NDNorth: Music and Games

Part 1 | Part 2

The final part of our "Family Day" at the orphanage began with music. Brian and Ben led some songs, and we ended with some exciting "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes." If these kids know any English words by now, body parts most certainly are included.

Finally, kickball! We split up into two groups to play two games in the orphanage's gym. This is a game that we taught the kids a few months ago, and they really enjoy playing.

Some of the kids got tired of running and started practicing their magic tricks on each other. This little guy below used a very simple trick to fool all of his friends... and then taught them how to perform the trick themselves.

We had a great, busy day, and look forward to our continued relationship with these children and the staff at the orphanage.
