As winter arrived, our northern projects welcomed the first snow.
The white snow outside the window fell in flakes and clusters, quietly covering the earth and treetops with a shiny silver robe. The icicles under the eaves are like small transparent crystal pillars, glowing colorfully in the sunlight.
The beautiful ice and snow world attracted the attention of the children. They wanted to rush out into the snow and build a big snowman!
Although the outdoor cold blocked our steps, it did not stop the clever nannies and teachers from moving winter indoors, allowing the children to experience the fun of decorating a snowman and learning information about winter through classroom games!
Story time about snowmen
Touch the shape of the snowflake
Let’s make a little snowman!
During this lesson the children learned various vocabulary words such as falling, put on, outside, cold, hot, thin, soft and they also reviewed body parts such as head, arms, legs, and name.
Children can choose hats of different colors for their friend the snowman
You can also wrap it with a warm scarf
Putting buttons on the snowman is no small challenge
But we always try our best
Some jobs require cooperation to complete.
With the fun games the children learned without realizing it, increasing their knowledge, and at the same time exercising their bodies.
After the lesson, the children have a sense of accomplishment.
We really like such a fun winter class!
