NDSouth: A Swimming Excursion

One morning last week, we took the older children to a local pool. For many of them, this was their first time in a pool, and while we were hoping for happy reactions, we weren't completely sure what to expect!

Amy, who is also the oldest child here at New Day South, has been to the pool before, and like the loving big sister she always is, she was more than willing to encourage the younger ones to give it a try too.

Ada and Lulu were a little hesitant at first, but with continued encouragement from their big sis Amy, they were splashing and playing before it was all said and done!

Chris, on the other hand, took to this new experience pretty quickly.

It wasn't long at all before he was kicking and paddling around - with a little assistance, of course!

Hayden, however, took the cake when it came to enthusiasm. He loved the pool, and he had a blast kicking and splashing away!

That said, we're still not sure who enjoyed it most - Amy or Hayden - but no worries, hopefully we'll get to go back again soon to make a final verdict...

...because we think it's safe to say everyone would be happy with that!
