Because of their special needs, many of our babies are tiny... too tiny. Take Lydia for example. She will be a year old on the 11th of November, but just a few months ago she was still the size of a three month old. Since her surgery she has grown like a weed and gained nearly 2lbs in one month! But she's still tiny and fits comfortably (ok, maybe not so comfortably) in the rocker with Alan, who is 3 months old.
In the next few months we're confident that Lydia will continue to grow and thrive. She gains strength daily and we can't wait to see the difference that another month will bring in this little girl's life.
Your home does an amazing amount of work on behalf of those adorable children. All of you who work there should be commended! "Whoever saves a single life saves the world entire."
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, Lydia AND Alan in the same photo? I'm gonna smile extra big now. SOOOO sweet. Thank you for never giving up on these little ones! I am confident that like Clifford, Lydia will continue to grow and grow and grow thanks to the love being showered upon her there and in prayers for her from around the world.
