Celebrating the Firsts: Rosie Feeds Herself

Ecstatic.

No other word properly expresses the quantity and quality of joy that we have right now.

For the first time in her life Rosie fed herself. It was only a few pieces of cracker... but it was enough to have us clapping and cheering.

At snack time, Rosie usually folds her hands carefully and politly into her lap. Today she used them to pick up pieces of cracker, put them into her mouth and then ate.

We're so proud of you, sweet girl.
