Don't let your emotions control you!
Emotional management is a crucial aspect of life and serves as an essential tool for the growth of children. This time, we meticulously organized a character-building class focused on emotional management, aimed at equipping children with scientific techniques and positive guidance. Our goal is to help them learn how to recognize, express, and regulate their emotions while enhancing their self-awareness.

Study Hard
As soon as they entered the classroom everyone became serious.
Don't let anger explode
Guided by the "Inside Out Team," everyone began by exploring the emotion of anger. The session featured concepts such as the "Anger Encyclopedia," techniques for "Preventing Anger from Exploding," and the "Five Steps to Firefighting," which formed the backbone of the entire class.
The teacher employed videos, stories, questions, and interactive activities to facilitate students' understanding of their emotions. This approach encouraged the children to share their feelings openly and engage in group discussions.
The engaging storytelling in the video transported the children into the scene, allowing them to truly experience the fluctuations and nuances of anger. Following the viewing, the teacher posed questions and encouraged the children to engage actively in discussions. Their humor, charm, and willingness to speak up brought forth waves of laughter throughout the classroom.
The fun games in the following interactive session not only taught the children how to communicate with one another, but also enriched their understanding and application of emotion management in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
Interactive session, Received a small gift
During the group discussion, the teacher divided the students into three groups. Captivated by the engaging questions, the children participated in lively and warm discussions.
Some shared that anger can cloud judgment and lead to impulsive decisions, while others noted how it can damage relationships and result in the loss of good friends. Through this exchange, the children gained a deeper understanding of anger and recognized the significance of managing it effectively.
In the end, the teacher introduced the "Five Steps of Anger Extinguisher," which included recognizing and naming your emotions, taking a moment to pause, thinking calmly, and seeking help when needed. Each step was explained in detail, outlining its significance and how to implement it. The teacher encouraged the children to practice these steps in their daily lives to enhance their emotional management skills.
Active discussion session
Reluctant to leave
After the event, the children received a holiday thermos mug as a gift.
The staff guided the children in presenting commemorative schoolbags to the volunteer teachers, teaching them the values of gratitude and giving back. This thoughtful gesture beautifully concluded the emotional management class.
We are committed to empowering and nurturing these wonderful children through character-building classes and all resources that promote their physical and emotional well-being. Our hope is that the children will sense the support of love and continue to move forward with positivity, brightness, and optimism, regardless of the challenges they may face!
