NDSouth: Welcome, Noelle!

On Monday, we said goodbye to one our children as she left to join her adoptive family but we also welcomed, Noelle, to our New Day South family.

Noelle has settled in nicely to her new home and has had nothing to say but cooing and smiling. We think that's a pretty sure sign that she likes it here.

We think she is just beautiful. Don't you agree?

Just look at those eyes.... don't they have hope shining right through them?

Welcome, Noelle. We can not wait to see you blossom and grow in the months to come.
