Let It Snow!

This has been a winter full of flurries: not only flurries of bustling activity, but many flurries of that lovely white stuff that falls oh-so-gently from the sky. This winter we have had multiple snow showers! The Backyard School kids have been enjoying the bounty immensely. Did you know that there’s no such thing as too many snowball fights? As long as there’s snow on the ground, Holly and William make sure some snowballs are made! The sun has been out this week, and the Backyard School kids have been enjoying the winter’s fresh (and yes, chilly) air. You might want to watch your back, William’s aim is pretty spot on! And it looks like he has his eyes on you!

Sweet Sylvia joins in! Serving snowballs with a smile is what we like to call it.

Who’s William eyeing? William likes to make sure everyone’s participating. His inviting heart and adventurous personality leaves everyone a little wet.

Holly’s reloading her supply! Thankfully, her snowballs weren't just about dumping the bucket! She thought ahead and grabbed the bucket from the sandbox, which made her much more prepared when it came to be snowball fight time! Good thinking, girly.

Wendy watches safely from the window.

Joel likes the snow as well. :) He doesn't enjoy the snowball fights as much as he likes walking on the snow piles. He’s conquered all the snow piles in the backyard, now! It’s like hiking on mini-mountains for him, and he loves it! He’s a strong boy, and curious explorer!

Time for class to resume! But I guess there’s always time for one last snowball to be thrown! Uh oh, looks like William wants a last one, too!

Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
