We are thankful for our teams who have stayed true to the original vision for the last 22 years. To bring hope to the hopeless and the fatherless home,
The New Day team started child relief work in 2000 by establishing New Day Foster Home for special-needs children in Beijing. Over the past 20 years, we have helped to raise 459 special-needs orphans, providing them with high-quality care, rehabilitation, and education. while bringing about life transformation.
We are committed to fulfilling our vision.
- We have been able to provide more than 420 surgeries, of which 368 children were adopted into their families after treatment and recovery.
- The formula project has provided formula to more than 2,000 children, because good nutrition in a baby’s first year is vital to lifelong health.
- We have placed 179 orphans into foster families, giving the children a home till they were adopted. This helped them learn how to establish healthy attachments.
After New Day’s local Qingcaodi Foundation was established in 2017, the New Day Foster Home model of raising children with special needs for more than 20 years, was promoted to child welfare institutions as a model. At the beginning of 2019, two children's welfare institutions in Inner Mongolia asked Qingcaodi Foundation to launch a childcare project in their orphanages. The Savannah Project and the Little Deer Project care for children with cerebral palsy, neurological diseases, physical disabilities, and children following surgery for serious illnesses.
We believe: Life is changed by love!
We strive to make every child feel: I am loved, I am safe, and I can do it.
More than 20 years of experience in raising children with special needs has enabled us to witness miracles in the lives of many children. Each child is unique and precious. We invite you to join us in bringing healing, hope and families to more children with special needs.
