  1. The time had come, and we could hold off no longer. We think he is just as handsome as before, if not more so. And yes, we have his shorn locks in safe keeping, waiting to give to his forever family someday.

  4. Oh my goodness ... that close-up photo of his smoochie face ... full of his own disbelief as clipped hair twirled down past his face! HA!
    BUT ... he IS still a handsome little man, and yes, the time had to come.
    So glad that you kept some of his flowing locks for his forever family. His mother especially will treasure those someday when she arrives to get him!
    Asa continues to be simply the cutest baby in all of China! Thanks for having the strength to walk him through this first milestone ... it was either this or to change his name to Samson!
